Return & Exchange Policy

At Aesthetica Luxe, we create custom-made apparel designed just for you. As each item is crafted upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon arrival. We hope you love your purchase, but if you receive a damaged item, we are happy to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon arrival.
  • If your item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage.
  • We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged item after review.
  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please be sure to check size charts and product details before making a purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange for Damaged Products

  1. Email us at AestheticaLuxe@proton.me within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the damage to the item(s).
  3. We will review the claim and provide instructions for returning the damaged item or arranging for a replacement.

Shipping Costs

  • If an item is damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
  • For any other issues, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-refundable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or customized/personalized are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
